Swindled by the dream merchant, swore to avenge the crime committed.
Hapless consumer, she hung onto his every word.
He claimed to have the gift of alchemy.
He vowed to turn shit into sugar.
But just sugar coated the faeces instead.
She consumed it.
A slow death ensued.
A thousand curses cursed before she took her last breath.
She swore to avenge the murder committed.
I wish most of my body was hairless
There’s been a shift in the universe and everyones gone from wanting the latest fashion accessory to wanting to get into shape and get fit.
Now, @Chakabars is not one follow trend, in fact the polar opposite. A year ago the ex-army man from Leeds, decided to take it upon himself to change people’s lifestyles and get them fit. Cue the birth of @SpartanFam
I attended some of the early session to get a feel of what the class’s were about. It was clear to see this man had a true passion for helping others achieve their personal goals, they unity in the sessions was special.
Fast Forward a year and the man takes his team on their first race #mudnmadness. An extremely muddy assault course that would not only test you physically but also test you mentally.
Judging by the Instagram pics [trust me these lot smash it out bare hash tags everywhere lol] its safe to say they all had a good time and came in strong.
In celebration of everyone completing the race and the Fam reaching a year. It was only right they threw a party.
The Candy Store played host to this soiree, with an eclectic team of disc jockeys providing the sounds on the night. Large Up, Logan Sama, MistaJam, Funk Butcher, Melody Kane and host for the night, Ty.
Not to mention a huge BBQ, and of course a Spartan Fam party wouldn’t be a Spartan Fam party with out Vita Coco.
All in all it was good to see all the smiles and people wearing their medals with pride.
Most of all it was good to see Chaka smiling, the progress he’s made from his mother [who can I just add is an amazing woman] filming him doing workouts in the park to having a waiting list as long as his arm, of people wanting to join the team, is incredible to say the least.
Here’s to another strong year.

The last 6 months have been among the most emotionally draining of my entire 22 years of life.
& where I currently work is making me feel more prone to homicide everyday…
However I am going Phuket & Dubai in less than 4months so I must be grateful for this blessing.
My aunt showed my some hotels & a leaflet on things to do & I am SO excited now!
Need to shift my back and belly fat though. I plan to be half naked& much ‘less dressed’ than I was in St.Lucia last year!
i really hate it when people ask me why i look so serious
